Hi guys! I have a question about the PoE extenders from EnableIT. I recently bought one of these but I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly. I'm working on extending my network and I need to transmit both data and power over long distances. These extenders look pretty robust but I was wondering if any of you have used them in your projects? How do they perform in real life? I'm especially interested in how stable they are in transmitting power and data over long distances and if there are any signal quality issues? Any experience or opinions would be appreciated.

I also use EnableIT PoE extenders, and while I don't have as much experience as the previous participant, I can say that overall they work great. Especially considering the price and performance, for most standard tasks they are perfect. I connected CCTV cameras, and the data transfer quality was stable. No major signal issues occurred, even though I use standard cables.
I have Compare PoE Extenders from EnableIT several times in my projects, and I can share some observations. To be honest, I was quite impressed with their performance, especially when it comes to transmitting power and data over long distances. Unlike many other similar devices, these extenders offer quite stable performance, even when used at distances of more than 100 meters, which is enough for small offices or industrial premises in most cases. What I like about these devices is their ease of connection - there is no need to use separate adapters or converters, the connection is made via regular Ethernet cables, which minimizes the number of additional elements in the network and makes the installation process quite simple. However, it is important to note that despite their quality, it is still worth remembering some nuances. Firstly, the maximum cable length at which they are able to maintain stable power and data transmission is about 200 meters. This is quite good, but for some projects where transmission over much longer distances is required, additional equipment may be needed.
