E-bikes are great until something goes wrong, and then customer service makes all the difference. Been considering Nakto because their prices look decent, but I want to know how they handle issues like battery problems or replacement parts. Has anyone dealt with Nakto customer service? Were they helpful, or did it take a lot of back and forth to get things sorted?

Development is so interesting! I love diving into it as a way to take a break from my study routine. Creating something new, solving problems, and learning new skills keep me motivated. When working on research projects, I sometimes use literature review assistance to structure my ideas better. Exploring new things is always exciting!
Bought a Nakto e-bike a while back and was happy with it until the battery stopped holding a charge. Looked up nakto customer service before reaching out, so I knew response times could vary. Sent an email and got a reply in a couple of days with troubleshooting steps. Eventually, they agreed to send a replacement battery, but I had to follow up twice. The bike itself rides well, but patience is needed when dealing with support.
