Please be aware that patient consults are on a first come, first serve basis. Unless you have an appointment, there could be a modest wait. We have a comfortable waiting area with tea, coffee, and water available.
If you are a new client, you will be given a new client intake and designation form to complete while you wait. All consults are limited to 20 minutes without a preset appointment.
If you are having a crisis, please bring it to our attention, and we will make an effort to assist you as best we can. Please give our staff your name,and you will be added to our consult list.
Please have both your certification and designation cards as well as your photo ID available.
If you need a follow-up consultation for cancer or addiction recovery, please let us know and we will schedule an appointment. We are a family-run apothecary with medical cannabis caregiving services, not a dispensary.
Please understand that due to state law only certain employees are able to help with medical cannabis questions. Also, please understand that we may or may not be accepting new patients depending on our current patient load. If we are unable to take you as a patient, we can place you on our waiting list and call when there is an opening. We can offer you a referral to another caregiver to assist you, if needed. For clients new to us, you will be given a new client intake and designation form to complete.
New patient intakes are usually 30-60 minutes and are preferably scheduled in advance. We do offer method and dosing consults even if you are using a different caregiver, dispensary or growing your own; and we offer classes on how to make your own meds to help you better afford your treatment. Please ask about our fees.
